The Inn consists of 21 guest rooms on the second and third floors of this historic structure. The first floor is taken up with common areas, including the large, fire placed sitting area, the bar and lobby area with guest services and front desk, along with a large dining room. There are several enclosed areas for private meetings or small dinner parties, along with a huge sweeping covered porch where drinks may be served overlooking the water. This Inn was totally renovated in 2005 with modern systems and newly decorated guest rooms and bathrooms. The Inn has a new fire suppression and alarm system along with new plumbing, electrical and sewerage systems. Finally, a new commercial kitchen was added at the time of these renovations, making this facility one of the most modern on the Coast of Maine. |
