Why should I register?
Registering allows you to use some of the advanced features of the website, including our Compare feature. The Compare feature allows multiple properties to be compared on one page. It also allows you to easily refer to your favorite Inns when you make a return visit to the website.
How do I compare inns?
It's easy! If the Inn you are wishing to compare is either a Gold or Silver Level, just select the "compare" button on the bottom on the listing. When you have compiled a number of Inns you want to compare, proceed to the tool bar and select "Compare Inns". It will provide you with a side-by-side of a number of features of the Inns you are interested in.
What features can I use on this website?
This website has many cutting edge features including Video Links, Google Mapping, and our popular Compare feature. However, based upon the Level of the property you are viewing, not all features are available at all Levels. For instance, the Bronze Level does not have access to the Compare feature. Only the Gold Level has Google Mapping and Video Links.
How can I tell which level the Inn has signed up for?
On the individual listing page for an Inn, next to the Inn's name it will either say Bronze, Silver, or Gold. This identifies the level that the seller has chosen to use.
How do I keep track of my favorite Inns?
Once you have registered, you can choose to keep a list of Inns which are currently being compared. Therefore, you always have access to your favorites!
How do I determine if the Inn is priced correctly?
This is a very important question, and one that can be determined in a number of ways. However, remember that you are buying a business and not just real estate. Many people use different methods as "rules of thumb". For instance, one method is that you use a multiplier of five to six times gross, but in reality what does gross tell you? To truly understand and identify what is the correct price of an Inn, we recommend using the service of a professional to help you along the way.
